Permanent mold castings
We make permanent mold castings from standard Al-Si (Siluminy) alloys, using sand cores from sintered sand, steel and coreless castings. Maximum weight of castings – up to 2 kg.
Heat treatment
Depending on the durability requirements, we submit our castings to properly selected processes of heat treatment (solutioning and aging) thereby obtaining various states of strength.
Surface treatment
We can execute surface treatment through grinding (in the mould devices) or by using the vibro abrasive technique (deburring, polishing).
