FOUNDRIES
We use the technology of gravity casting of metal molds with non-ferrous metal alloys. For forgings for use the matrix technology for hot casting of brass. We accept orders for short and medium production runs.

We encourage you to choose our service including die castings and matrix forgings.
BRASS DIE CASTINGS
We use normalised casting alloys in production. We apply technologies such as sintered sand cores, metal cores or create coreless castings. The maximum weight of the casting – 5 kg.
ALUMINIUM CASTINGS
In the production we apply normalised aluminium-silicon alloys. We implement coreless castings or use metal cores, as well as sintered sand cores. The maximum weight of the casting – 2 kg.
BRASS MATRIX FORGINGS
We produce matrix forgings using the hot forging technology. The production involves brass rods. The maximum weight of the forging – 0.45 kg.
Machining
We ensure a high quality mechanical treatment in the further stage of production.
SURFACE
We use grinding or tumble finishing (deburring or buffing) in order to achieve the desired surface of castings.
HEAT TREATMENT OF ALUMINIUM
We adequately apply heat treatment (solution, aging), which ensures T6 temper to boost the strength of aluminium castings.
MACHINING
We treat castings in a CNC turner. We use our own, unique multi-cut tool solutions. The last stage of the treatment process is washing and degreasing details, with the use of ultrasonic technology.
Design and construction of tools
Our own project and matrix-and-tool departments provide the quick implementation of new production commissions.
CAD PROJECTS
We select and develop the technology for production of our commissioned products. We create CAD models, 3D printouts and drawings.
DIES AND MATRICES
We create the tools necessary for production processes ourselves, for example: core boxes and dies, matrices for forging and trimming, jaws and punches.
SPECIALISED TOOLS
We make a series of specialised tools, including multi-cut tools to provide a high quality and efficiency.
